3. Credentials security

Login credentials you provide (WordPress admin, database, hosting, FTP) are treated with absolute confidentiality. They are stored only for the strict duration of the intervention, then permanently deleted. They are accessible only to the technicians handling your case.

4. Data retention

Contact data (name, email, phone) is retained for 2 years after the last exchange. Login credentials are deleted within 48 hours of the end of the intervention. Invoicing data is retained in accordance with the legal obligation of 10 years.

5. Your rights
