Terms of service

WpDefender services are billed according to the prices listed on the site. A free, no-obligation quote is established before any intervention. Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice. In case of late payment, late penalties of 3 times the legal interest rate will apply.

Warranty

WpDefender offers a 30-day warranty on its cleanup and security interventions. If the site is reinfected within 30 days of our intervention, we perform the cleanup free of charge. This warranty does not cover new security vulnerabilities discovered after our intervention.

Limitation of liability

WpDefender cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of its website or the inability to access it. Hypertext links to third-party sites do not engage the liability of WpDefender.
